  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe

  • Some services (like setup fees) may be non-refundable—please refer to your Author Publishing Agreement for full terms

  • Receipts and service documentation will be stored in your author folder

6. Terms of Sale (Bookstore & Digital Products)

If you purchase books or digital products through our online store:

  • Payment Processing: All transactions are securely processed through Stripe. Windgarden Books does not store credit card information on its servers.

  • Fulfillment: Products will be shipped or delivered as described. Some books may be fulfilled via print-on-demand or third-party vendors.

  • Returns & Refunds: All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please report issues to or****@*************ks.com within 14 days.

  • Digital Products: Downloads are for personal use only. Resale or redistribution is prohibited without prior written consent.
